Lalkrishna R V is Head of Insurance & Corporate Business – GCC at Bluedot Medical Assistance. He leads the company’s insurance partnerships and corporate client relationships across the region. He joined Bluedot in 2023 as Business Development Manager and was promoted to his current role in 2025. He now oversees the company’s work with insurers, TPAs, Brokers and corporate clients throughout the GCC.

Lalkrishna has close to a decade of experience across the UAE healthcare and insurance sector. Before Bluedot, he spent more than three years at KIMSHEALTH (Middle East). There he first served as Insurance Manager and then as Insurance Business Manager, managing payer relationships, claims operations and insurance-driven business growth. Earlier, he was Claims Manager at Sehteq in Dubai, where he built deep expertise in claims adjudication and investigation. He began his move into healthcare administration as a Medical Coder with WizWyz Technologies.

A physiotherapist by training, Lalkrishna holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University College of Medical Education, Kerala, and began his career in clinical practice. That clinical background gives him a practical understanding of patient care, and he brings it to every insurance and business decision. Combined with his hands-on experience in medical coding, claims and payer management, it lets him bridge clinical, operational and commercial needs for clients and partners alike.

He is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
