Sreeregh Padmanabhan

As a healthcare management professional, he brings more than a decade of experience across healthcare administration, medical assistance, management systems implementation and international healthcare coordination.

At Bluedot, Sreeregh leads the strategic growth of local and international treatment facilitation services. He oversees the development of global healthcare networks and direct billing partnerships, and works closely with hospitals, insurers, third-party administrators and corporate partners. He also guides the division's operational policy, compliance, governance and financial planning, with a consistent focus on quality-driven, patient-centred care coordination.

Before joining Bluedot, Sreeregh contributed to group-level administration, quality assurance, governance and multi-country operations at Medilife Healthcare Services, an organization serving more than 5,000 patients annually.

Prior to that, he built extensive experience in healthcare consultancy and management systems. As an implementation consultant and lead auditor, he helped more than 300 organizations across India and the UAE develop quality and safety management systems. He has conducted audits through internationally recognized certification bodies, including BSI, Quality Austria and RINA, and has delivered lead auditor training.

Sreeregh began his career in academia as a lecturer, an experience that continues to shape his structured, people-focused approach to leadership and training.

He holds a postgraduate qualification in Management and Commerce, specialising in Management Systems and Healthcare Operations.
